Email plugin without coding

I've looked up the mailchimp info on this forum and on google. It seems like there is still some coding or customization required to make the default subscription buttons on my premade GP site theme to work.
Are there any plugins you support that you literally plug in and automatically connect to the premade subscription templates in my Wordsmith theme?

Most of our site templates that have this use MC4WP and I believe it's pretty straight-forward.
You basically create a form within the plugin and get its shortcode to display on the site. As far as any recommendation goes, MC4WP is likely it for it.
The coding is pretty minimal. It's mostly simple HTML and CSS for the forms and API (isn't even coding exactly), for connecting your Mailchimp account to the plugin.
