[Support request] eliminating Text in content area

Hi Guys, I would like to eliminate the text below the title to my post that says “January 7, 2017 by admin”
Also would like to eliminate the text at the bottom of my image that says “uncategorized” and eliminate comments? I’m new at this probably easy..me hopes * note I just put my beer magazine there to see how to get it to work.. Beer and fishing! http://www.theblueupright.com
