Eliminating sidebar on only one page using plugin.

Is there a way, using my GP Premium plugin package, to eliminate the sidebar on only one page? When I use the sidebar function, it removes the sidebar from all pages, but I only want it gone from one page.
Similar question, using my add-ons, can I change font, font size, spacing, etc. on just one page? Or can this only be done with code? Thanks for any help you can give!

You would have to use CSS to apply styling to one specific page.
