Hola,
Gracias

Hello,
I’m sorry to open up a thread, but I can’t find a way to solve these problems:
1.- In the version for mobile devices, a floating menu appears at the bottom right of the screen without you being able to edit it in any way. This makes any modification to display the menu on mobile devices useless and inadequate. Please, how can I solve this.2.-the theme loads for a few thousandths of seconds a grey box in the header of each url. The point is that there is no featured image in any url and this should not be displayed either. Please help.
3.- The loading of configured fonts is not maintained in all urls.
Thank you

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Let’s tackle one question per topic:
https://www.screencast.com/t/PmT6f1xlRES1. That shouldn’t be there by default. It’s likely some CSS you’ve added or a plugin conflict.
Can you disable your caching plugin and all plugins except GP Premium first?
Let me know 🙂

Thanks Leo,
Now the problems have disappeared by deactivating the cache plugin.
The point is that the cache plugin improved the loading performance of the web, so what would be the alternative if I can’t use that plugin?
thanks

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
the issue will be related to the Cache Plugin settings.
If yo re-enable the cache plugin then deactivate all of the CSS and JS settings – if the site works correctly then you know its one of those settings causing the problem. Re-enable each setting one at a time to see which one causes the problems. The issues are generally caused with combining/aggregating/inlining CSS or JS files.
