Elements type is not working properly so I can't provide transparent header

You can do this by creating a Header Element element first, and setting this Element to merge. Leave everything else as is. Set the display rule as well. Example: https://share.getcloudapp.com/yAu1zbNe

Then, you can complement this with a Page Hero: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-page-hero/

Side note, you can can create a Transparent header + page hero combination solely through a Header Element as well: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/

It seems to be working. I just tested, and I’m able to see that page from my end, logged in to your site.

I believe you chose Block as the Element type. You’ll need to choose Header as the type when creating an element to see this.
