Elements not working

Can you share a link to the sample page of the site and the contents of this Hero Element through a screenshot or recording? So we can cross-check and identify if the issue is PHP related or perhaps CSS.

OK - in the Block Element sidebar you'll see a bunch of options. One of them is the Element Type.
Change that to Page Hero and publish that.
