Elements Navigation Issue

Hey guys, something strange going on when I'm trying to create/edit an element on a fairly new GP site. I got it started and published, but it won't allow me to click into anywhere aside from the "Page Hero" section (Location, Site Header, Display) – So I can't set those things, which obviously isn't going to work if I plan on using the Elements feature.
I've tried in a few different browsers just because I didn't really know what caused it, I also tried switching away from the child theme I have in place. Anyways this is a pretty big inconvenience as I wanted to get started on this site for a client but can't utilize one of GP's main features.

I also can't seem to change the main header background colour from white to black.. It will let me change the navigation background colour, but not the header as a whole. I'm not overly new to GP, something just seems off.
Would appreciate some help with this as soon as possible.

Also, just a side note – The site library for GP never worked for me either, I don't plan on using it now but it seemed strange at the time.

That's strange. Let's try isolating things to check for conflicts.
Can you try disabling ALL plugins except GP premium and see if it still occurs?

This is normally a webserver related issue.

It's possible that your site is having server sided issues as the WP dashboard returns 404 errors on its console. https://share.getcloudapp.com/ApuR2b99
It's also possible that the plugin installation was corrupted. Consider reinstalling the plugin.
