I have a slider element on the bottom of the home page and for some reason it is not displaying properly on mobile view. The mobile view looks fine in the customizer panel, however on my actual cell phone the slider is not displaying one slide at a time like it did before and as shown in the customizer panel mobile view.
I have provided a screenshot of both side by side.

It did seem to change after I created a Home page Header element and added a revolution slider which is set to full screen, but that might not be the cause.

    Hi David

I tried addressing the cache and that’s not it. I actually disabled the Header Element and the SA Slider went back to functioning and displaying properly on my cellphone mobile view. So it is definitely the Header Element. The Rev Slider (a different slider plugin) is what I’m using at the top in the Header Element.

This is the content that I have in the “Site Header” section.

    <div>[rev_slider alias="new slider"]</div>

I’m wondering if the two scripts are conflicting with each other? Any suggestions?

    Hi Cynthia,

The header element just simply inserts the content there, it does not add any scripts.

If you disable the header element and add the content to the page’s content area, does the issue still persist?

    Let me know!
