Elements in the Admin screens?

Is it possible to add content to the admin screens with GPs elements feature?
For example, someone was looking to add custom buttons to the top of the WooCommerce All Products page:
The 4 red buttons would be links to, in this example, preferred categories.

WordPress itself doesn't make this easy, unfortunately. They don't provide any hooks in that area, so it's not possible to add your own HTML unless you resort to javascript.

No problem! Hopefully they make it easier in the future.
