elements > hooks > [not appearing, not showing]

when I go to elements > add new > hooks > noting happens. If I try elements > add new > header or layout I get options to complete.
I'm trying to add analytics and adsense code and I'm about to pull my hair out.
Help please.
Hi there,
That's strange. Haven't heard this before.
Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?
