Elements - Hooks, browser versions and cookies

Hi. I'm using elements to show some options for logged in users. For some cell phones I'm having reports that these don't display as intended, so I was wondering if you know of any such insidents, and what can be done about it? Is there older browser versions where this could be a problem, or is it a matter of cookie-settings in the cell phone browser?
Hi there,
sounds more like a page caching issue.
This could be on the users browser, router / ISP, your server or CDN.
If page caching is applied anywhere then it may have cached the logged in or logged out page.
