Elements Header not shown on WooCommerce Shop-Entry

Hi, i have created a Header with Elements. It works on every page an on categories from WooCommerce, but not on the „Shop" Site.
Any solutions for this?

On this category-Site everything is ok: https://artemis-collection.de/produkt-kategorie/diffuser

in the Elements > Display Rules --> Location, select: Product Archive
