Elements: header not showing on category/archive

Hi,
I've created an element ('type: header' with 'Location: Post category Archive:category1)
this shows ok on category 1 posts, (i.e. mywebsite.com/category/category1)
I've duplicated that element but this time with 'Location: Post category Archive:category2)
the header is not showing on category 2 posts (i.e. mywebsite.com/category/category2)
Next: what display rule do I need to show a header for the January 2020 posts, Dec 2019, Nov 2019 etc...?

Sorry, the site is in 'coming soon' mode and only for admins to see.

Unfortunately problems like these cannot be debugged unless we see the site - especially if the first category is working as it is.

I just tried the login details but it's telling me the password is wrong.
Just to confirm, do you have any other Header Element active? If so, does the Header show on category2 if those are deactivated?

Another issue I wanted to raise: the 'read more' link/button doesn't show when I put text in the excerpt field. Any idea?

Not exactly user-friendly, is it? A little tick box in the customizer would be far better. But thanks anyway.
We try to minimize too many options in the customizer for the sake of performance - but it maybe something we review. Thanks for the feedback
