Elements Footer Text Links don't use theme color

Dear GP-support-team,
I have set text link collars in the customiser, but my Footer created as a Hook with Elements, is shown in the wrong colour. Something seems to overwrite its settings, but i can't see what causes it.
Normally it's supposed to be a red-coloured link, and even in the elements' editor it's shown in the correct color. But as soon as I leave the back-end, it changes to back to black.

Hi there,
You've set the paragraph color to base , but it contains a link, so it will use the link color set at customzier > colors > body > link which is set to contrast.
As you are already using GenerateBlocks, can you switch the paragraph block to a headline block of GB?
Then you will be able to control the color both for text and link.
