[Support request] Elements / footer formatting changed overnight

Hi there, when I look at my footer (elements) in the editor it looks fine but on the live site the formatting has changed. It has been fine then all of a sudden it changed overnight.

what is the issue and where can i see it ? Do you have a URL for a specific page i can check.

Hi David, I’ve removed the elements footer for now but disclosed login details with this post so that support could see them.

Could you not see those details? Let me know happy to give access.

Also when I go into edit mode for the block footer, I can no longer see the display rules.

Hi Matt,

Do you have a Staging site where you can re-publish the Block Element – Footer so we can see what’s going on in the Front end?

We’ll need to see the Element active to assess the issue.

Can you rebuild the structure and use GB Grid Blocks instead for the columns?

For the paragraphs in this Element, it may be good to use GB Headline Blocks as well.
