Elements editor options not showing

Whether creating a new element or editing an existing one, the options/tools panel in the right sidebar is missing.

My theme, GP Premium, & Wordpress installations are up to date, and all other plugins are deactivated.

This is occurring on Duplicator test site - could that have anything to do with it?

What I failed to mention earlier - and now suspect that it's the cause - is the fact that I installed the GP theme over existing content.

I'm going remove the imported site content and see how that works.

the issue looks to be you're using the Classic Editor plugin ( or a really old WP install - ie. pre Block Editor ).
