Elements does not work

Hi there,
I'm sorry for my bad English :-)
I tried to change the image of my hero page, but the Elements does not work.
In Apparence > Elements > any item
I click on Page Hero or Disply Rules or Site Header or Internal Notes ... nothing happens.
I tried to disable the plugins, but the error is still there.
I need some help, please.

what happens if you create a new Header Element ?

I can create others kind of elements.

Are you able to move the site to a staging site ? So we can take a look with NO plugins installed ?

After move the site to a staging site, I found the error.
The error is related to GetGenie AI plugin.
I don't understand why, yesterday I disabled all the plugins and the error was still there.
So, I'm sorry I wasted your time.
Anyway, I would like to contact the author of the plugin GetGenie AI and inform him about the issue.
If it's interesting for you and GeneratePress, I will let open your access to the background of my site.
Please let me know.

If you want to let us know what the issue is with the plugin, then we would be happy to hear :)
The issue is that once the plugin GetGenie AI is activated I cannot create or edit any Header Element.
If I disable the plugin GetGenie AI the elements works well.
