Elements: Content template for wp show posts

Hello, I'm using Elements with the element-type 'Content Template' to design the archives layout and this works great!
I would like to apply the same design to the WP show posts section on a static page. I have already experimented with the wp-show-posts hooks, but without success. Maybe I haven't found the right hook for it yet.
Is there a solution for this?

Hi Claus,
Unfortuanly content template can only be applied to the default blog/archive, it can't be applied to WP show posts lists.
We are working on merging WP show posts with GenerateBlocks to GB's query loop block, once it's released you can use this query loop block to add post loops to static page but with better control in terms of styling.
We are aiming to release the alpha version within this week or next week.
