Elements as standalone plugin

I love GP. But of about 10 websites, I'm using it only in half. I love how easy adding code (analytics, adsense) it is with the Elements feature.
Is it possible to use it without the theme?

Unfortunately not, the elements feature has to be used with GP theme and GP premium plugin.
