Elements, add section

Hi
I am working on the single post blog template and I would like to add a section that has been used towards all other pages. The section got a few widgets. Can I make a hook in Elements adding this section, if yes - how?

how has this section with widgets been created?
Through Elementor :)
If you have Elementor Pro then it provides a shortcode for any Templates you save. This can be added using a Hook Element, make sure to check Execute Shortcodes option.
If you don't have Pro then Anywhere Elementor plugin provides the shortcode option.
