Sorry if this is a duplicate. It seemed like my last entry didn’t go through.
A few days ago I was able to view some starter sites using GP Version 1.12.0-rc.3.
Today, I only see the “None” and the Beaver Builder based sites.
Have the Elementor ones been removed?
Thanks

StaffCustomer SupportHi,
Have the Elementor ones been removed?
It should still be there. The most recent update was only related to languages.
Did you make any changes to the site since the last time you saw the Elementor starter sites?
Ex: installed plugins, reverting back to older GP premium versions and reinstalling rc.3, etc.A wise man once said:

No, in fact I just created a new site, installed the GeneratePress theme, and uploaded and installed 1.12 (beta), but only βnoneβ and BB showed up in the category filter. last week, Elementor showed up as well. Maybe you could check it on your end.
Thanks,
Mark

StaffCustomer SupportCan you confirm that you are using GPP 1.12.0 β rc.3?
Just confirmed that it worked on my end:

Thanks π

Hi Leo,
Thanks for getting back. I am using the beta version as you suggested a week or so ago. Here is a dropbox link to view the screenshot of the entry in my installed plugins: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rd8sxmazu8uld65/Screen%20Shot%202020-09-29%20at%2010.58.57%20PM.png?dl=0
Is there some other way to attach files to this thread?
Thanks,
Mark

StaffCustomer SupportThat’s strange indeed.
Can you do a couple of tests for me:
– Disable all of your caching plugins or server cache you might be using.
– Click Refresh Sites at the bottom of the page:
https://www.screencast.com/t/ulxfB53mYDoes that help at all? If not any chance you can provide us with the dashboard info using the private info box?
Thanks π

Hi Leo,
Thanks for getting back to me. I clicked “Refresh Sites” and the Elementor sites are back in the category filter! As you noted, it may also have something to do with caching. Locally I use “DesktopServer” to create my development sites. Maybe there is something in there that is causing caching or not allowing the Elementor entry to show up in the filter, but usually if I create a new local site and install GP beta, it works. Mysterious to me as well.
