[Resolved] Elementor not working

Hi, I purchased GeneratePress Premium and installed it and also activated the Generate Child theme. I installed the Elementor plugin 0.9.3. When I try to edit a page using Elementor, it tries to load but it just results in loading a blank grey screen. I would provide login details but there is no private content area here, I can Email them if necessary. I don’t want to post the site link as I don’t want Google to index it as it is being built on a different Url to the one it will end up on. Please let me know how to send you the Url and Login privately. Thank you.

Hi Denis,

I know of quite a few people using the two together successful, so we’ll need to find what’s different about your server.

Couple things to try:

2. Increasing your PHP memory limit: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/increasing-memory-limit/

This was resolved by email, Autoptimize plugin was in conflict with Elementor. Deactivated Autoptimize. Elementor now working.

Worth checking with them to see if there’s any known issues – as far as I know the two should work together.
