Elementor Maintenance Mode Not Working

Just imported "Zeal" Elementor version from the site library. I created an Elementor "Coming Soon" template, published it, went to Elementor -> Tools -> Maintenance Mode -> Chose "Maintenance" -> Who Can Access "Logged In" -> Choose Template and selected the one I built titled "Coming Soon" and pressed "Save Changes"

In the top admin bar it says Maintenance Mode On", but when I go visit the site from another device it still shows the site from the library.

This is a site for a client and I just want it to display the "Coming Soon" template while I customize the template from the Site Library.

I've done this a bunch of times and haven't had any issues, but also wasn't using GeneratePress on those sites.

Please help!
