Elementor Headers & Footers Not Showing

I am using Elementor Pro with GP Premium. The header and footer I have created in Elementor are not showing. Each has display in all instances entire site checked.

Thank you for the quick response. While that landing page on the staging server shows the header and footer, none of the individual pages or templates we create show them. Is there any setting in Generate Press that would control this? For example, when you go to Appearance>Generate Press, it brings you to a page where nothing is activated (background, blogs, colors, copyright, etc.). Do any of these settings need to be activated?
Nope - GP doesn't handle anything coming from Elementor.
If you plan on using Elementor for header and footer, you actually don't need any of those modules in GP Premium to be activated.
