Hi guys,

First of all, I want to say I'm really happy with the theme. It's my first website on wordpress and using Generatepress has been a bliss, especially with the detailed documentation and tutorials.

Now I'm sorry to bother you, but I couldn't find the answer elsewhere.

I'm using Elementor full width template for my pages and posts. Unfortunately, it prevents them from showing the comment section (and there's no "comment widget" in Elementor, at least not in the free version). Is there another way to display the comments?

Here's an example.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi there,

the Elementor templates remove Theme elements including comments.
Instead use the default template.

You can then create your own Full width template with the Layout Element:

https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-element-overview/

Simply select the Page Builder Container and set this to full width and disable any theme elements you don't need.

It will then require some CSS to put some padding back around your comments form. Let me know.

Great, thanks for your help David!

Glad to be of help.
