Elementor Plugin not working Properly

I installed the theme template in my website from the GPP site library, Installed the Elementor plugin but the element widget is not showing in my Elementor page builder. Uninstalled all plugins, check PHP version, configure wp-config file, and change settings as referred to in this blog "https://elementor.com/help/having-problems-using-elementor/". But still, it's not working. Please help me with this problem.

can you provide a screenshot of the issue ?
To attach a screenshot save it your Media Library or on a cloud drive, and provide us the URL tot he image.
This is the section which is missing in the Page Builder in the link below in left side:

Is it just the Yith Widgets that are missing or all of the widgets ?
No, not only yith widgets, all widgets.

It's still not working. I have already go through this article and still the same issue.
I am afraid you will need to raise a support topic with Elementor as the Theme has no control on how that works.
