Element Type Block - Hook containing Query Loop

Hi, I've created an Element called Related Vehicles, which is Type Block-Hook to display in generate_after_content. This Block contains a Query Loop which selects Custom Post Type Vehicles in a specific category and displays them on the single vehicle post. So when viewing the single post for a specific vehicle, I would like the Block-Hook I created to be displayed, not to show the current post I am viewing. Any help would be appreciated.
