Element Spacing for Featured Image

I've gone over to the ~~dark~~ blog style.

I notice that my feature image is tight against my main menu bar. How can I bring that down a bit?

Also, I cannot find how to UNsubscribe from the Showcase emails.

Hi Genie. This css should add some space above the image:

.page-header-image-single {
    margin-top: 20px;
}

I'll let Tom address the unsubscribe question.
