[Support request] Element not saving style

Hello.

It appears that the Element block: Page Hero is not saving style unless I go to the page that it is on and save the page. Of course, this defeats the purpose of having Elements globally save without the need to republish a post.

I have enabled Cloudflare plugin to purge cache whenever something is edited on the site but that did not seem to make an impact.

Any thoughts?

Hi there,

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

Make sure to activate the parent theme if you are using a child theme as well.

Ok, I have figured something out. I have a plugin, Tag Pages. This allows me to add tags to Pages, just as you would do with Posts.

So, if I set the element to a Page Tag, and the tag of the page I want the element to appear, whenever I do any style changes on the element it does not update on the page. Unless I edit the page itself and save. Then the style updates appear.

Any thoughts? Can this be duplicated on any other sites?

By the way, this was working a couple of days ago. I don’t know if there was an update since then for GP or GB?

It still sounds like a caching issue to me.

The recent updates are unrelated to this.
