Element not displaying on site

Hi,
I've created a Block-Hook element to display on my site, but it's not displaying.
This is what the Element is called -
Pg hero for optin/Homepg
I'm trying to have it display on the Home page before the Navigation menu at the top
of the page. Maybe I have some display settings wrong, but I can't seem to make
this display.
Can you please help?

Can you make sure the display rule is set to Front page?
