Element in header

What I want to have is a header with the logo to the left followed by 2 images side by side. Filling the whole header.
I created a block element using generate blocks to position the images side by side and set the hook to after_logo.
This works fine except for mobile and small tablet. Can the element drop below the logo for the small sizes?

I am trying to make some changes to an old existing site. Not all pages will have the same header images - so there will be a different element on some pages.
Can you set the Customizer > General --> Structure to Flexbox ?
I just made that change.

Yes it works on mobile now, but I cannot live with the changes that made to tablet and desktop. Interesting that now when I go to Customizer > General –> Structure the option is gone - I cannot revert?

No, you cannot revert back Unfortuanly.
Floatstructure is out of date, so all the new installs come with Flexboxstructure.

What was the change? If you can describe how it was looking like, we might be able to add some CSS to revert it back visually.

In desktop the logo is reduced from 350px wide to 86px. The two images are supposed to be 350px wide each and they are 540px wide.
Do not bother to go further. My live site that I planned to use this on is old and has way too much on it to attempt to switch it to Flexbox.
