Element Hook not working!!

1- Although we had chosen the place of Hook into posts and pages but still not display the ads inside the pages!!
2- The dropdown of location of Hook is empty, this is a screenshot

Let's try debugging this.
For starters, can you try disabling ALL plugins except GP Premium and check if the display rule location dropdown finally populates?
