    Hi,

I am trying to add a convertbox (convertbox.com) as an elements hook but all that appears is a straight black line. I have tried the before_content hook and the before_footer hook but both have the same result. Not sure if black lines show on your end yet. I have tried inputting the convertboxes in both shortcode and html as Convertbox offer both but both return the black line. On Convertboxes side, everything seems to be active so the issues seems to be with Generatepress.

It would be useful to add images here so you can get better idea of what i mean. If you give me an email address i can provide login details for you to assess the elements section.

    Thanks,

    Alec

    Hi Alec,

Were you able to resolve the issue?

I’m not familiar with ConvertBox but I believe I’m seeing it on the page you’ve linked:

If you are still having the issue, then please go through the debugging steps #1 here to test:
    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/

This is highly unlikely a GeneratePress issue – the hook element module simply allows you to add content and does not have the ability to make it work or not work.
