I created 2 headers - one for the frontpage and the second for the entire site but excluding the frontpage.. the frontpage is okay but the other pages are showing no headers.
please help

Are you referring to the header element or block element?
I'm not seeing the code for them on the page you've linked.
Can you clear and disable your caching plugin first?
