[Support request] Element for author and post date not showing

Hi i have set the element for content post hero for all pages. In the element there is the “author name” and “published on date”. however these do not show on all pages. some pages do show it accordingly but some dont show it. i have tried purging cache but it still is the same. please advise. thank u!
