Element Footer not updating

Dear GP support,
in the Elements section I updated the footer by adding content above the standard block.
However the added block does not appear.
I needed to transfer a block from a page to the Elements section, I did this via reusable blocks. Maybe this is an issue?
Would be happy about some tips.

Did you try converting the Reusable Block to a regular block in the Element?
Yep this was a problem, I was able to solve the issue by manually copy pasting the block's content and then deleting the block created by reusable blocks.
Is there any option to copy paste a block from one page to another without using the reusable block function?

You can simply select the Block, and CTRL-C to copy and then CTRL-V to paste it into the other page.
If its a container or group block that your copying it will copy all the blocks inside it.
