Element block not showing up properly

I had created two blocks in Elements to show up on my blog's front page.
The newsletter block shows up properly with white container background. However, the intro block (about me with a pic & text), does not have the white background container background. Any idea what I need to do to ensure the white container background?

The easiest solution is to use a container block from GenerateBlock to create your current content:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/generateblocks/
Then you can use the background color option:
https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/container-overview/#colors
