Editor And Code Not Cooperating

Hi. Lately my website has been acting weird. The editor interface is not laying out properly and I cannot edit my content properly. The latest issue is simple coding is affecting the layout of my website which I am not requesting to be changed. I tried disabling all my plugins and doing a cache clean and updated everything.
Basically, the Signup button underneath the first set of images on the front page keeps realigning to the right of my website when I update a code, ANY code. I've never encountered an issue like that before so I'm stumped.
Can I have some trouble shooting ideas please?

Hi there,
looks like you have the Gutenberg Plugin installed.
Try disabling that - we don't recommend using that plugin on live production sites. It's effectively the Beta version of the editor that introduces new features that may be added to the WordPress core at a later time. With that comes some 'bugs'
