    Hello,

I was updating my site to make its schema, as shown in Google Structure data testing tool like the one site which I am taking as reference from On-page SEO point of view.

I installed Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP and now almost everything is similar. However, upon testing on structure testing tool, there is some different. The reference site shows NewsArticle and Itemlist schema only while mine shows NewsArticle, Website and Hatom one.

How can I remove these later two? What exactly are these two for?

    Looking forward.

    Hi there,

Can you try this filter to remove all schema from the theme?

    Hi @Leo,

    Thanks for the answer.

I have followed the instruction but somehow the Hatom markup is still there.

Would you like to check this? I have attached the image showing the issue. Thanks

    Hi there,

hatom comes from certain classes the theme adds. I’m looking into ways to make it optional without affecting performance.

The others may be coming from other plugins? GP itself adds CreativeWork, but the filter Leo pointed out removes all of that.

    Hey Tom,

The BlogPosting is by purpose so it’s fine.

I just wonder about the hatom. As you mentioned, if it’s optional, that will be nice.

I hope that will be prioritized in your backlogs.

    Thank you
