editing my home pages & images

hello,
I created my webpage back in 2016 and realize that I now need to update it. but it's been such a long while since I did that that I can't remember how to navigate.
my first problem is that on my homepage, I have some text over the image at the top. I can't figure out how to modify/delete that text. I've gone into all the different menus and can't find how to change that. please help.
I also can't figure out how to edit/delete the footers on my home pages.

yup! I figured out this issue--just had the other one re: social media I couldn't figure out.
