Editing Menu Location for Mobile

Is there any way to move the menu icon that is shown on mobile to the right instead of the center? Thank you!

Actually, I just want the position of the menu button to be on the right for mobile users. The menu button sits in the middle if I switch to the mobile view.
If you switch to the mobile header and then upload a mobile header logo, the menu toggle will sit to the right.
