editing footer area height and width help

Hi Tom
How does one edit the footer area ( copyright ) location height and width? even though I have the GP add ons i do not find the menu ( element spacing0?

The width is based on the footer width (contained or full width) in "Customize > Layout > Footer".
The height is based on the top/bottom padding in the same area as above.
