Editing all parts of premium theme

I have selected one of your premium site themes for my site, but it's not showing correctly and not allowing me to edit all parts. For example, 'Avery' at the top and bottom of the page - I can't change it to my website name in the same pretty font displayed. I can't see how to edit all of the content on the page. Some things show as ‘link broken’ - I’ve cleared all my caches, disabled most plug-ins, not sure what else to do to make it work correctly. Help! Thanks!
