Editar el diseño del resultado de las búsquedas

Hola, quisiera saber cómo hacer para poder editar el resultado de las búsquedas, me refiero al diseño.
El buscador funciona bien pero el resultado se muestra muy feo, los títulos y las fotos muy grandes.

I'm not quite sure what you mean.
The search results page should inherit the the blog layout and featured image settings:
