Edit Subtitle Text

Hi,
How do I edit the subtitle text "We Take Privacy Seriously" found on this page?

I have activated the "connections" site from the site library and looks like the text is part of a "Page header" element, but I can't see where to edit the actual text on a page.

For reference:
The site is using a Block Element - Page Hero, titled: Page Header which is found in Appearance > Elements, ( you can also see it in the Admin Bar > Elements menu when viewing the page ).
If you edit the element you will see a Headline block containing the string subtitle which has the Dynamic Data options enabled ( in the block toolbar: 3 disc icon ) with its Dynamic text type set to Post Meta, with a field name of page_subtitle
Changing the text:
The page_subtitle is a Custom Field that is saved on the specific page, if you edit the Privacy page then you will find the WP Custom Fields meta box at the bottom of the editor. And there you can update the Value of that field.

Thanks for your help. I didn't have custom fields enabled in preferences therefore couldn't see the subtitle custom field.
