Edit Profiles on Behalf of a User

Is there a way for an Admin to edit a User's Profile Page on their behalf without having to log out as admin and log back in as the user using their password?
I have about 100 people I need to help with their profile pages and asking them all for the user name and passwords is cumbersom.
