Hi,

Is it possible to edit and customize category pages sidebar and layout?

For example change the default search widget and archive widget on sidebar, change layout at archive page etc

Are you wanting different sidebar widgets per page?

If so you will need a plugin like this: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/content-aware-sidebars/

For layout we can use some filters, see the second example here: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/sidebar-layout/

actually i want to change content sidebar at “Blog Sidebar Layout” – archives, search results. Default widget are search form and list archive post. i want to remove them.

bot no problem, i decided to set “Blog Sidebar Layout” with “no sidebars” layout
