Easy way to insert Jquery into Generatepress

I am using a Jquery plugin.

To load Jquery I need to use Sticky navigation.

I don't need sticy navigation. Is there any way to load Jquery without using sticky navigation.

I always update theme and plugins so is it possible to do via GP HOOKS ?
