What is the recommended e-commerce plug in(s) for Generate Press Pro? Specifically for selling Gifts such as T-shirts, Hats, Coffee Mugs, etc.

I am very new, so still learning how all of this works but would appreciate any tips or links to helpful videos to understand how to integrate this into my blog.

WooCommerce is pretty much the only one in the WordPress world for this:
