Dynamic Text Title not working on Category/Tag archive pages

I have created a custom taxonomy template based on a tag created with CPT UI and am having trouble getting the Page Hero Element to show the tag title. Straightforward page hero element, nothing fancy, just wouldn't show the title.
Thinking I had made a mistake, I created some WP Core test categories and tags, and have the exact same issue - the Headline -> Dynamic Text -> Title never shows anything. To make things even more confusing, Dynamic Content -> Term description appears with the correct information. It just seems to be the Title that doesn't appear.
Thinking I had done something wrong, I made a new element following the tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L1KtrKJIFzk. Same issue - no title, term description OK.
Thinking I had done something wrong with my child theme, I activated the base GenreatePress theme only and the page title still did not appear. Finally, I tried a new wp install with GeneratePress/GenerateBlocks the only things installed, recreated the archive page hearo and a test Category and Tag item and got the same thing - no title, term description working.
It does work on the inbuilt Uncategorized category though - the only one it does!
Fully admit I may be bad at searching the forum, but any ideas on what I could be doing wrong?

I've done test to replicate this one and it's working fine on my end as shown in this demo page -

which is basically a custom taxonomy term archive w/ a Block Element - Page hero displaying the taxonomy term title in it.
Can you temporarily put it live so we can check? Perhaps provide temporary backend access as well?

I am working on local at the moment (trying to learn how to do a lot of things WP wise right now), but I have put a new site up same as the local export I attached to the host I used. Same issues.
You can see the description only on https://customtaxtest.tempurl.host/category/summer/ and https://customtaxtest.tempurl.host/tag/test_tag/ , but the title appears on https://customtaxtest.tempurl.host/category/uncategorized/ (no description as I haven't edited it).
I have added SFTP credentials, but I need an actual email address to invite someone for the full dashboard access. Hopefully what I have provided is enough, let me know if not.

Ah I see what's the issue now.
This issue occurs for archive pages of taxonomy terms with no posts under them. Adding a post under the taxonomy term should display the title.
Else it will be classified as a "no results page".
Ahhhh OK, so it is working.
I must have mucked up something on my taxonomy template, as the custom tags have items attached. I will keep looking from that angle.
